Linda Lewis - Director
A love for children has directed my choice of activity and work in most areas of my life to date. Babysitting, kids camp leader, Sunday School leader, Kids’ Church leader, Youth Group leader, foster parent, mother of one, and currently grandmother of one, along with a variety of roles in the Children’s Services sector across 38 years, have given me a wealth of experience with children from birth to twelve years old. I have worked as a Nanny, an assistant in Pre-Schools and Long Day Care, a resort Kids Club assistant, Assistant Co-ordinator of Out of School Hours Care, Lead Educator in Long Day Care and Out of School hours Care, and Director. I think I relate well to children because I am a child at heart – I still love to play and make new friends! You will see me wearing a hat, because I’ve had a skin cancer removed from my head, and there is a bald spot I like to protect.
Taylor B. - Lead Educator
I got married at the start of 2019 to my incredible husband Isaac who is a carpenter. Ever since I was a little girl, I always knew that when I grew up I would work with children no matter what the job looked like. I have been involved in my local church for 7 years and apart of the kid’s ministry team for 6 of those years. I moved to Yamba for a year to help with the church plant where I ran the children’s ministry. I’m passionate about creating safe atmospheres where children are able to come and grow and develop into the best little people they can be all while having fun. My favourite part about my job is learning so much from these little people and the relationships I get to build.

Hello! My name is Taila. I am the Administration Assistant here at Parkwood A little bit about me… I am happily married to my husband Michael and we have a beautiful daughter Isla. I am a certificate III qualified childcare educator and have worked in childcare for the past 6 years. Growing up I always knew I wanted to work with children and was so eager I began working in childcare the week after graduating high school. After having my daughter, I have decided that I would like a small career change all while still being able to see children around me grow and flourish and was lucky enough to land the perfect position of administration assistant here at Parkwood 😊 I attend my church weekly and serve in the kids ministry there. I look forward to meeting and getting to know you and your family 😊
Cassie Mc - Kindergarten Teacher
I have been working in Early Childhood for over 10 years. I have completed both my Certificate III and Diploma in Children's Services and am currently studying a Bachelor of Education - Primary and Early Childhood. I have experience with all age groups from babies through to kindergarten. I believe all children are individuals and should be able to learn in their own way and at their own pace. This removes the pressure to do something they are not ready to do, and allows them to become curious learners, able to make independent choices. WHen I am not busy with work or study I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach with my dog Odin, and riding my horse Austin and competing in dressage.

Hi. My name is Christine. Eun Jeong is my Korean name. I am from South Korea, and have four others in my family. My husband Alex, daughter Elly, sister Sumi and our dog called Boo. It is a wonderful opportunity to be living in Australia. I have 10 years experience in childcare and have completed the Certificate III and Diploma in Children's services. I am thrilled to be a part of the team here. I feel proud when I see the children I care for strive and reach their goals.
